These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 777xx platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any real-money bets. By creating a 777xx account, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

Each individual may hold only one 777xx account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through another person — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
All bonuses and promotional credits issued by 777xx are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus terms vary by promotion type.
All 777xx accounts must complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include UMID, Passport, and Driver's License. 777xx reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
777xx provides deposit limits, session timers, loss limit settings, and self-exclusion for all account holders. Use of these tools is governed by the Responsible Gaming section of these Terms. Self-exclusion, once activated, cannot be reversed for the selected period.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted.
Each individual natural person is permitted to hold one (1) 777xx account. If you currently hold an active 777xx account, you are prohibited from registering any additional account. If 777xx discovers that a User holds multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
777xx is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests. Accepted identification documents for Philippine-registered accounts include: UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID), Philippine Passport, Driver's License (LTO), SSS card, PhilHealth card, and Voter's ID. 777xx reserves the right to request additional supporting documents — such as proof of address or source of funds — at any time and at its sole discretion.
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until the documentation is provided and verified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777xx login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 777xx will never ask you for your password — any communication purporting to be from 777xx that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
You agree to notify 777xx immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. 777xx will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
The 777xx Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) as its primary currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso unless an alternative currency option is explicitly offered and selected during a transaction. Where cryptocurrency deposits are made, the value is converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Your 777xx account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any of the rights, balances, or benefits associated with it to any third party. Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. 777xx reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee on dormant accounts and to close dormant accounts after giving reasonable notice to the registered contact information on file. Any remaining balance at the time of closure of a dormant account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulatory requirements.
777xx accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash deposits, and cryptocurrency (USDT). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 777xx account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving funds from another person's payment method, is prohibited and may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
777xx reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, are flagged by fraud detection systems, or are associated with accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, GCash, or any payment provider in respect of a deposit made to 777xx is a serious breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is initiated, 777xx reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, recover any amounts owing, and pursue all available legal remedies.
From time to time, 777xx offers bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to these general Terms.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus funds issued by 777xx are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum total bet amount that must be placed using the bonus before any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is disclosed in the individual promotion terms. Only bets placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirements; contributions from different game categories may vary.
777xx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional credit, and to cancel any winnings derived from such a bonus, if there is reasonable evidence that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, through the use of multiple accounts, or through betting patterns that constitute abuse of the bonus system as determined at 777xx's sole discretion.
The 777xx Rewards Program is governed by the Rewards-specific terms and conditions available on the Rewards page of the Platform. Reward Points are earned on eligible real-money wagers and have no cash value except as redeemable through the Rewards program mechanism. Points are non-transferable and expire as specified in the Rewards program terms.
All games available on the 777xx Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each individual game, as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay outcomes; these Terms shall govern all other matters.
In the event of a software malfunction, connectivity failure, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game, 777xx reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the corresponding wager to the Player's account balance. 777xx is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's own connectivity or device failures.
All game outcomes on the 777xx Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by the relevant game developers. 777xx does not alter, override, or manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
Sports betting markets offered by 777xx — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events — are governed by the sports betting rules published on the sportsbook section of the Platform. 777xx reserves the right to void bets where events are cancelled, suspended, or materially altered from their scheduled format. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed; the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777xx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 777xx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
777xx's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
777xx does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that all game features will function without fault on every device or connection. We make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but shall not be liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
777xx collects, processes, and stores personal data about its Users in accordance with the 777xx Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
777xx handles all personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Users have the right to access, correct, and (in certain circumstances) request deletion of their personal data by contacting 777xx support.

777xx reserves the right to suspend or restrict a User's account at any time and without prior notice where: there is suspected breach of these Terms; there are reasonable fraud or money laundering concerns; a regulatory or law enforcement authority requests such action; or the account is subject to an unresolved dispute.
777xx may terminate a User's account upon reasonable notice where: the User has materially breached these Terms; continued operation of the account creates regulatory or legal risk for 777xx; or 777xx elects to cease providing the Platform to players in a particular region or category.
You may close your 777xx account at any time by contacting support and submitting a formal account closure request. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be satisfied and any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to your 777xx account, a transaction, or a game outcome, you must first contact 777xx support via live chat or email at [email protected] and allow 777xx a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. 777xx will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with 777xx support, the matter may be escalated through the dispute resolution processes available under the applicable PAGCOR regulatory framework.
All disputes must be raised within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained, except where prohibited by applicable Philippine law.
777xx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777xx will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying Users via their registered email address or in-account notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
The date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last updated. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The PAGCOR regulatory framework and applicable Philippine statutes — including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter) as amended, Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and relevant anti-money laundering legislation — apply to the operation of the Platform.
The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 13.
